We provide essential information on nut allergy and bring you the facts on new products.

We are currently researching food manufacturers and retailers’ policies on catering for allergy sufferers and are asking what they are doing to improve labelling and production procedures.

We aim to help the UK food and catering industry recognise the needs of allergy sufferers and act now.

We will review where to shop, eat out, relax and the latest books and videos to help with everyday living. Promotional material welcome.
